Regaining Narrative Competence: A Patient-Centered Approach to Recovery from Aphasia

Date/Time: March 1, 12-1pm(EST)

Presenter: Arthur Frank, Ph.D., – Calgary, Canada

This webinar is offered for 0.1 CEUs (Various level; Related area)

We're thrilled to begin our exciting new webinar series with renowned medical sociologist and author, Dr. Arthur Frank! He brings fresh language and perspective to the consideration of how we as clinicians have the potential and privilege to help our patients/clients with aphasia reintegrate their sense of self. This webinar will explore how to help people with "broken narratives" put their stories together. We'll consider ways to co-construct narratives with our patients/clients, with them taking increasingly active roles in narrative construction. REGISTER HERE
