A Day for Making New Friends


Making Connections! 

A special program for teens with hearing loss taking place on Friday, October 23. This day-long program is designed specifically for mainstreamed students in grades 7-12 and runs concurrently with the annual conference (details are below).

  • Understand and understood: make your voice heard!
  • Take the exhibit hall challenge... can YOU do it?
  • Self-advocacy: believe it and achieve it!

Parent chaperones save $85 off one day registration plus attend a free luncheon for parents! 


Each year we are thrilled to witness the self-confidence that emerges in our young participants. At the end of the day, students leave knowing, "I'm not alone in the mainstream!"
